09 - 4 slices cheddar cheese

→ Condiments & Bread

10 - 0.5 cup ranch dressing, chilled
11 - 4 brioche buns
12 - 2 tablespoons butter

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until very hot.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese with garlic powder and a pinch of salt; set aside.
03 - Lightly butter the brioche buns and toast them in the skillet until golden brown; remove and set aside.
04 - Divide ground beef into loose 3-ounce balls. Place each ball on the skillet and smash thin using a spatula. Season with salt and black pepper.
05 - Cook patties for 2 to 3 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through. Add cheddar slices on top during the last minute to melt.
06 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the toasted buns. Layer with cooked patties, sliced jalapeños, lettuce leaves, red onion slices, and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
07 - Cap each burger with the top bun and serve immediately to enjoy the vibrant flavors.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Smash patties only once to retain juice. Use parchment between spatula and beef to prevent sticking. Roasting jalapeños adds a smoky flavor variation.
