Savory hot honey chicken burrito melts with creamy garlic sauce, grilled to golden crisp perfection.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 lb boneless chicken breast, diced
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp chili powder
04 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 tsp cumin
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Sauce and Filling

07 - 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
08 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
10 - 1/2 red onion, finely diced
11 - 1 to 2 jalapeños, chopped (optional)
12 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
13 - 1 medium tomato, diced
14 - Juice of 1 lime

→ Assembly

15 - 4 large flour tortillas
16 - Butter or oil, for grilling

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Combine diced chicken with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook in a hot skillet over medium-high heat until the chicken is golden and cooked through, approximately 7 to 10 minutes.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, diced red onion, chopped jalapeños if using, cilantro, diced tomato, and lime juice. Add the warm cooked chicken and toss gently to combine.
03 - Spoon the filling evenly onto the center of each flour tortilla. Roll the tortillas tightly into burritos, folding in the sides as you roll.
04 - Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add butter or oil, place each burrito seam-side down and cook until golden and crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
05 - Slice burritos in half if desired and serve immediately with salsa, guacamole, or as preferred.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Adjust the amount of jalapeños to control the spice level. Using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream lightens the sauce. Serve immediately to maintain the burritos’ crispy texture.
