01 - 10 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 7 oz smoked sausage, sliced
03 - 2 cups broccoli florets

→ Sauce & Aromatics

04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/4 cup honey
07 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
09 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

→ Finishing & Garnish

10 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional
11 - chopped green onions, optional

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced smoked sausage and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned. Transfer sausage to a plate and set aside.
02 - Add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil to the skillet. Add shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
03 - Add broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes if using. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with broccoli and bring to a simmer.
05 - Return browned sausage and cooked shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything to coat evenly in the sauce and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
06 - Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired. Serve hot, ideally over rice or noodles of choice.
