01 -
Place the steak back in the pan and give it a good toss to soak it in that sweet and smoky chipotle sauce. Stir in the potatoes, making sure everything gets hot and coated. If you want a pop of color, sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and eat right away.
02 -
Turn the heat to medium-high. Drop in the butter and let it melt. Pour in the honey, add all the chopped garlic, then the can’s chipotle sauce. Whisk until you see the sauce foaming up and turning a little glossy.
03 -
Right in the same hot skillet, toss in the steak cubes. Sear them until they’re golden outside and as cooked as you like. Take them out and set with the potatoes for now.
04 -
Warm a big skillet over medium-high. Put in the seasoned potatoes. Let them get soft and brown, stirring them around so they don’t burn—about 12 to 15 minutes. Move them to a plate when done.
05 -
Grab a roomy bowl. Drop in your potato halves, the oil, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and minced onion. Toss until everything is covered well.
