02 - 120 ml honey
03 - 120 ml barbecue sauce
04 - 15 ml olive oil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

09 - 900 g Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced
10 - 30 g unsalted butter
11 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
12 - 180 ml heavy cream
13 - 65 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
14 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
15 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Whisk together honey, barbecue sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
02 - Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat thoroughly with the honey BBQ mixture. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
03 - Broil chicken for 2–3 minutes at the end for caramelized edges, watching closely to prevent burning.
04 - While chicken bakes, place diced potatoes in salted boiling water. Cook until fork-tender, about 12–15 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
05 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and cook, stirring, until melted and smooth.
06 - Add drained potatoes to the skillet and gently fold into the sauce until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.
07 - Plate the potatoes and top with baked chicken. Spoon over any remaining sauce and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Let chicken rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before baking for even cooking.
02 - Reserve some honey BBQ glaze to brush on the chicken after cooking for extra sauciness.
03 - Grate Parmesan fresh for a smooth, creamy sauce; avoid pre-grated cheese.
04 - Salt the potato cooking water generously to season potatoes from within.
05 - Watch carefully during broiling as caramelization can quickly go from perfect to burnt.
06 - Serve potatoes promptly as sauce thickens upon cooling.
