Move kebabs onto your plate and toss green onion slices on top before digging in.

Put kebabs on the hot grill. Baste with leftover marinade while you flip. In 8 to 10 minutes, when steak's just how you like it, you’re good to go.

Stick the marinated steak, pineapple, onion, and the peppers in any fun order you like on your skewers. Mix it up for lots of color in every bite.

If those skewers are wood, let them chill in water for about half an hour so they won't burn on the grill.

Drop the beef cubes into the marinade, swirl everything around so it all gets covered. Pop in the fridge for at least an hour, but you can let it hang out up to 8 for more punch.

Mix orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic in a big bowl. Set aside a little less than half a cup for basting later.
