01 - 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
02 - 250 g thinly sliced deli ham
03 - 8 slices Swiss cheese or white cheddar cheese

04 - 60 g unsalted butter
05 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Seasoned Topping

06 - 60 g unsalted butter
07 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning or 2 teaspoons poppy seeds, 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, 1.5 teaspoons dried onion flakes, 1.5 teaspoons dried garlic flakes, 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls horizontally to separate tops from bottoms. Arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
02 - Melt 60 g butter and stir in honey. Brush mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bottom rolls.
03 - Distribute half of the sliced ham over the bottom rolls. Lay cheese slices evenly over the ham. Top with the remaining ham.
04 - Place the top halves of the rolls over the layered ham and cheese.
05 - Melt remaining butter. Whisk in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning blend until combined.
06 - Pour the seasoned butter mixture evenly over the assembled sliders, ensuring even coverage.
07 - Cover the baking dish and refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours for enhanced flavor, or proceed to baking immediately.
08 - Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake sliders covered for 15 minutes.
09 - Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
10 - Slice sliders apart and serve hot.
