→ Assembly

21 - 4 small (6-inch) flour tortillas or 8 corn tortillas, warmed
22 - 1/2 avocado, sliced or diced

# Steps to Cook:

01 - If using wooden skewers and an outdoor grill, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
02 - Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
03 - Mash diced avocado in a bowl. Stir in lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and hot sauce. Blend in mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Add cabbage, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Toss well and refrigerate until serving.
04 - Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat and oil lightly. Skewer the shrimp if desired. Grill 2–3 minutes per side until charred and cooked through. Transfer to plate and tent with foil.
05 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side or microwave for 20 seconds until pliable.
06 - Slice remaining avocado. Fill tortillas with avocado lime slaw, avocado slices, and grilled shrimp. Serve warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use metal skewers or soak wooden ones to prevent burning when grilling shrimp over open flame.
02 - For deeper flavor, allow the shrimp to marinate at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
03 - Warm tortillas improve texture and help retain heat from the grilled shrimp.
