14 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
15 - 1/4 cup sour cream
16 - 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using. Toss until evenly coated.
