Tender pork chops grilled and coated with a zesty peach glaze for a flavorful main course.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Pork Chop Seasoning

01 - 4 bone-in pork chops, 1 inch thick
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Spicy Peach Glaze

08 - 1 cup peach preserves
09 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
11 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Optional Garnish

12 - Fresh sliced peaches

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat to ensure proper searing and grill marks.
02 - Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub evenly over pork chops.
03 - Whisk together peach preserves, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes until smooth and well combined.
04 - Place pork chops on grill and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until distinct grill marks appear.
05 - Flip pork chops, brush generously with spicy peach glaze, and continue grilling for 4-5 minutes, basting with more glaze halfway through.
06 - Insert meat thermometer into thickest part; cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Continue grilling if necessary.
07 - Remove pork chops from grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes to retain juices.
08 - Serve warm, garnished with fresh peach slices if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Pat pork chops dry before seasoning for better searing and grill marks. Rotate chops 90 degrees halfway during grilling for crosshatch marks. Boneless chops cook faster; check after 3-4 minutes per side. Leftover glaze stores refrigerated up to one week and works as a marinade.
