Grilled Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich (Printable Version)

01 - 4 slices thick white bread
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
04 - 1 banana, thinly sliced

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
02 - Evenly spread peanut butter on the inner side of each slice, opposite the mayonnaise side.
03 - Arrange the banana slices over the peanut butter on two of the bread slices.
04 - Place the remaining slices on top, mayonnaise side facing out, to form two sandwiches.
05 - Heat a griddle over medium-high heat. Cook each sandwich for 2 minutes per side or until golden and warmed through.
