Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

Evenly spread peanut butter on the inner side of each slice, opposite the mayonnaise side.

Arrange the banana slices over the peanut butter on two of the bread slices.

Place the remaining slices on top, mayonnaise side facing out, to form two sandwiches.

Heat a griddle over medium-high heat. Cook each sandwich for 2 minutes per side or until golden and warmed through.
