# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Base Ingredients

02 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
05 - 240ml heavy cream
06 - 120ml chicken or seafood broth

→ Cheese and Toppings

07 - 50g grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 50g shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 60g breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

→ Seasonings

10 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
11 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - Salt and pepper to taste
13 - Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add heavy cream and broth, scraping up any flavorful bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese, oregano, and paprika, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
04 - Place the cooked shrimp in a baking dish. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the shrimp. Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
06 - Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving. Accompany with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to complement the sauce.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For best results, use fresh shrimp rather than frozen and thawed.
02 - The dish can be prepared in advance up to the baking stage and refrigerated, just add 5-10 minutes to the baking time if cooking from cold.
