Set your oven to 190°C (375°F).

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.

In the same skillet, add heavy cream and broth, scraping up any flavorful bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese, oregano, and paprika, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.

Place the cooked shrimp in a baking dish. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the shrimp. Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs if using.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
