# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Chicken Meatloaf Mix

01 - 450g ground chicken, lean
02 - 2 big eggs
03 - Breadcrumbs, plain, 50g
04 - Parmesan cheese, grated fine, 50g
05 - 1 small onion, diced
06 - Salt (add as much as you like)
07 - Black pepper, freshly ground, for taste
08 - 3 garlic cloves, crushed

→ Finishing Touch

09 - 60ml ketchup

# Steps to Cook:

01 - When you're done baking, pull it out and let it chill for about 5 minutes before slicing. Serve while it's still nice and warm.
02 - Pop your loaf into the oven. Let it cook for 45 to 50 minutes till the inside hits 75°C.
03 - Scoop your mix into the greased pan. Pat it down into a loaf shape and slather ketchup all over the top.
04 - In a big bowl, dump in the ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Gently stir till everything comes together. Don’t overmix it.
05 - Crank the oven to 190°C. Grease your loaf pan or any baking dish lightly.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - If you wait a few minutes before slicing, the juices stay in and your loaf stays juicy.
02 - Shred your own parmesan—it melts better and really bumps up the taste.
03 - Want a crisp top? Broil the last 2–3 minutes and you’ll get a nice crust.
04 - Swapping chicken for ground turkey totally works, but it won’t taste the same.
05 - Toss in chopped herbs like fresh basil or parsley if you want a fresh kick.
