# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Steak Marinade

01 - 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
02 - 1 tsp olive oil
03 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
04 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Potatoes

07 - 1.5 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes
08 - 1 tsp olive oil
09 - 1 tsp seasoned salt

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

10 - 2 tbsp butter
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Combine steak, olive oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix and let sit for 15–30 minutes.
02 - Peel and dice potatoes, rinse, and dry. Toss with olive oil and seasoned salt in a separate bowl.
03 - Cook potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes until golden and tender.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook 2–3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
05 - Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds. Remove from heat.
06 - Toss air-fried potatoes into the skillet with garlic butter steak bites. Mix and serve warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Let steak rest at room temperature while marinating for better sear and even cooking.
02 - Avoid marinating steak longer than 2 hours to prevent toughness from soy sauce.
03 - Use a cast iron skillet for optimal searing and flavor development.
04 - Potatoes can be roasted at 425°F for 25–30 minutes if air fryer is unavailable.
