Crispy garlic butter bread with a cheesy center, ideal for a quick, satisfying bite.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
04 - 4 slices white sandwich bread
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Combine softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small mixing bowl until smooth.
02 - Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place two bread slices buttered-side down. Top each with shredded cheese, then cover with the remaining slices, buttered-side up.
04 - Heat a large skillet over low heat. Cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes until the underside is golden and crisp.
05 - Carefully flip the sandwiches and grill the second side for another 4–5 minutes, until golden and cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove from heat and serve immediately while the cheese is warm and gooey.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use low heat to prevent burning the bread before the cheese melts completely.
02 - Softened butter allows for smoother mixing and even spreading across the bread.
03 - Sprinkle parmesan over the outer bread for added flavor and texture before toasting.
04 - Pairs perfectly with tomato soup for a nostalgic comfort meal.
