08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
09 - ¼ cup chicken broth
10 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
11 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
12 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

13 - ¾ teaspoon salt
14 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until nearly done, about 5 to 6 minutes.
02 - Push turkey to one side of the skillet, add remaining olive oil and diced onion. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in shredded carrots, minced garlic, and ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Pour in chicken broth, then add shredded cabbage, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 12 to 15 minutes until cabbage is tender.
05 - Remove from heat, stir in toasted sesame oil. Serve hot over cooked white rice and garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Add Sriracha mayo as desired.
