# Everything You’ll Need:

01 - 12 street taco size flour tortillas

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 handful fresh spinach, finely chopped

03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 splash whole milk

→ Eggs

05 - 6 large eggs

→ Meat

06 - 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

→ Seasonings

07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - Hot sauce, for serving

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat tortillas in the microwave for 40 seconds to make them pliable.
02 - Gently press warmed tortillas into a muffin pan to create cup shapes.
03 - Distribute finely chopped spinach evenly into each tortilla cup.
04 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the spinach in each cup.
05 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
06 - Pour the egg mixture into each tortilla cup, filling halfway.
07 - Sprinkle chopped cooked bacon evenly over the egg mixture in each cup.
