# Steps to Cook:

- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and sauté until softened, approximately 4–5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Incorporate marinara sauce, crumbled bacon, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, then set aside.
- Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in all-purpose flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to remove raw flour taste. Gradually add whole milk, whisking continuously until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce. Place a layer of cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by a layer of béchamel, shredded mozzarella, and shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat layering, finishing with cheese on top. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
