01 - 23.6 oz English cucumbers, halved lengthwise and sliced 0.12 inch thick
02 - 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced

03 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

→ Dressing

04 - 5.3 oz Greek yogurt or plain full-fat yogurt
05 - 0.75 tbsp fresh lemon juice
06 - 0.25 tsp garlic, finely grated
07 - 0.75 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
08 - 0.5 tsp fine salt
09 - 0.2 tsp ground black pepper

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and slice them into 0.12-inch-thick pieces. Thinly slice the red onion and finely chop the fresh dill.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
