01 - 8 graham cracker squares, honey variety
02 - 4 large marshmallows
03 - 2 Hershey's milk chocolate bars, broken into 4 segments

04 - 1 cup pancake mix
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 3/4 cup milk
07 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ For Frying

08 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Pour about 3 inches of vegetable oil into a heavy-bottomed pot and heat to 375°F. Use a candy or kitchen thermometer to monitor the temperature.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together pancake mix, egg, milk, and vegetable oil until mostly smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.
03 - Break graham crackers into squares. Sandwich one marshmallow and one chocolate segment between two graham crackers, pressing gently to secure.
04 - Using tongs, dip each s'more completely into the batter, letting excess drip off before frying.
05 - Lower battered s'mores into hot oil using tongs, holding each for a few seconds to help the coating set. Fry for 3–4 minutes until golden, turning once.
06 - Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
