Hearty Cuban grinder with pulled pork, ham, pickles, Swiss cheese, and garlic butter toast for a flavorful meal.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Rolls

01 - 4 submarine rolls, 6-10 inches each, sliced lengthwise most of the way through

→ Butter Spread

02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick / 113 g)
03 - 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt

→ Cuban Sandwich Filling

06 - ½ pound pre-cooked pulled pork
07 - ½ pound sliced ham
08 - 3 dill pickles, sliced lengthwise
09 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
10 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat oven to low broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the halved submarine rolls on the sheet with the cut side facing up.
02 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and kosher salt. Brush the cut side of each roll half with the butter mixture. Toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
03 - On a large cutting board, layer pulled pork, sliced ham, halved dill pickles, and Swiss cheese. Finely dice all ingredients together. Transfer to a bowl and stir in yellow mustard until fully combined, creating approximately 4 cups of filling.
04 - Scoop about 1 cup of the filling onto each toasted roll half. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For best results, avoid slicing the rolls completely through to hold the filling securely.
