# Steps to Cook:

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with non-stick baking spray and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté diced onions for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic and cook 1-2 more minutes.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Cook for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.
- Stir in pinto beans, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish. Layer frozen tots evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until tots are golden and crisp.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cilantro. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Allow casserole to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:
