03 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions
04 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
05 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Wrappers & Oil

07 - 10 to 12 egg roll wrappers
08 - Vegetable oil for frying

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned with no pink remaining. Drain excess grease.
02 - Add Cajun seasoning and garlic powder to the cooked beef, stirring well. Allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a large bowl, mix the seasoned beef with shredded cheddar, green onions, and shredded carrots until evenly combined.
04 - Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface oriented as a diamond shape.
05 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling near the center of the wrapper.
06 - Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in both sides tightly. Roll the wrapper up tightly and seal the edge with a dab of water.
07 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C) for frying.
08 - Fry egg rolls in batches, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown on all sides, about 3 to 4 minutes.
09 - Remove egg rolls with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot alongside your preferred dipping sauce.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Do not overfill the wrappers to prevent bursting during frying.
02 - For added crispiness, double-wrap the egg rolls before frying.
03 - Egg rolls can be frozen uncooked for up to 3 months and fried directly from frozen.
