# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Chicken Mixture

01 - 2 cups shredded rotisserie or cooked chicken
02 - 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Breading

04 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 2 large eggs, beaten
06 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

→ Frying and Serving

07 - 2 cups cooking oil with high smoke point
08 - 1/2 cup dipping sauces (blue cheese or ranch)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and mozzarella until well combined.
02 - Form the mixture into 3-inch sticks and freeze for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
03 - Set out three shallow dishes containing flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs for coating.
04 - Remove frozen sticks from freezer and sequentially coat each in flour, dip in egg, then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
05 - Pour cooking oil into a frying pan to cover the bottom and preheat over medium heat.
