01 - 1 cup water
02 - 0.5 cup whole rolled oats
03 - pinch of sea salt

07 - honey or maple syrup, to taste

09 - frozen tart cherries, thawed

11 - frozen blueberries, thawed
12 - orange zest

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine water, rolled oats, and sea salt.
02 - Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low. Stir occasionally and cook for 2 to 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
03 - Stir in a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or cardamom if desired. Remove from heat and let sit for 1 minute.
04 - Serve hot with honey or maple syrup if preferred.
