06 - 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
07 - 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
08 - 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
09 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
10 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus additional for serving
11 - 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
12 - 2 cups baby spinach, roughly chopped
13 - 5 to 6 fresh basil leaves, chiffonaded

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking until fragrant and tender, about 2 minutes.
02 - Pour in vegetable broth, then add gnocchi, sun-dried tomatoes, crushed red pepper flakes, kosher salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until gnocchi are tender, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
03 - Stir in the chopped baby spinach and cook until wilted. Add grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and chiffonaded basil leaves. Stir to combine and adjust seasoning to taste.
