Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster (Printable Version)

Lobster tails cooked in a silky garlic butter sauce with Parmesan and herbs for an indulgent seafood experience.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 2 lobster tails (5 to 6 oz each)

→ Sauce

02 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Use kitchen shears to cut down the back of the lobster shells and gently lift the meat without detaching it completely.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the lobster tails, meat-side down, and sear for 2 to 3 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for an additional minute.
03 - Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Let the mixture simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
05 - Add paprika, salt, and black pepper to the sauce, stirring to combine evenly.
06 - Spoon the sauce over the lobster tails and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes while basting periodically.
07 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the lobster tails and serve immediately with preferred side dishes.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Thaw lobster tails completely before cooking if frozen. Use cold-water lobster for optimal tenderness and sweetness. Avoid overcooking; lobster meat should be opaque and slightly firm.
