Creamy Avocado Smoothie (Printable Version)

A refreshing blend of avocado, pineapple, spinach, and coconut milk for a creamy, wholesome drink.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Fruits

01 - 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks
02 - 1 ripe avocado
03 - 1 frozen banana

→ Vegetables

04 - 2 cups packed fresh spinach or 1 cup frozen spinach

→ Liquids

05 - 0.75 cup light coconut milk
06 - 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

→ Flavorings

07 - 0.5 teaspoon lime zest
08 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup
09 - Pinch sea salt

→ Add-ins

10 - 8 ice cubes
11 - 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Add pineapple, spinach, avocado, banana, coconut milk, lime juice and zest, maple syrup, sea salt, ice cubes, and protein powder if using into a blender.
02 - Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
03 - Taste and add more maple syrup if preferred sweeter. If too thick, add additional coconut milk and blend again.
