Add pineapple, spinach, avocado, banana, coconut milk, lime juice and zest, maple syrup, sea salt, ice cubes, and protein powder if using into a blender.

Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Taste and add more maple syrup if preferred sweeter. If too thick, add additional coconut milk and blend again.
