# Everything You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground chicken
02 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 yellow onion, diced
04 - 5 to 6 green bell peppers, chopped
05 - 6 to 7 garlic cloves, minced

→ Canned Goods

06 - 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
07 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
08 - 2 cups water or broth

→ Seasonings

09 - 1 teaspoon sautéed onion flavored Better Than Bouillon or bouillon of choice
10 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
11 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
12 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
13 - 1 tablespoon dried basil
14 - 1 tablespoon white sugar
15 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (optional)
16 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

→ Vegetable Substitutes

17 - Two 10.5 oz packages frozen riced cauliflower, cooked and drained

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground chicken and beef with diced onions, chopped bell peppers, and minced garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
02 - Stir in tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes. Then add garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, sugar, optional Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Add crushed tomatoes and cooked riced cauliflower to the pot. Incorporate bouillon if using along with the water or broth. Stir until evenly combined.
04 - Bring mixture to a low simmer, partially cover, and cook on low heat for 45 to 60 minutes to let flavors meld.
