01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

03 - 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
04 - 1/2 cup corn, canned or frozen
05 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, fresh or canned
06 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced, fresh or pickled
08 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

→ Seasonings and Others

09 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
12 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
13 - 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips, for coating

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with shredded cheddar cheese until thoroughly blended and creamy.
02 - Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture; stir until fully combined.
03 - Using clean hands, form the mixture into a cylindrical log on plastic wrap, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until firm.
04 - Once chilled, unwrap and roll the cheese log in crushed tortilla chips until evenly coated.
05 - Place the coated log on a serving tray, garnish with chopped cilantro, and present with additional tortilla chips or vegetable sticks for dipping.
