Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish and brush each generously with barbecue sauce.

Layer crispy bacon slices and shredded cheddar cheese over each chicken breast.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is melted and golden.
