Light Cool Whip Cookies (Printable Version)

01 - 1 box cake mix (any flavor, approx. 15.25 oz)
02 - 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend the cake mix, thawed Cool Whip, and egg. Beat until uniformly combined.
03 - Using a medium cookie scoop, portion approximately 1 tablespoon of dough each. Roll dough balls in powdered sugar and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
