Combine all marinade ingredients and whisk vigorously to combine (or combine in a jar, cover, and shake well). Reserve ¼ cup of the marinade and set aside for later.

In a bowl or large zip-close bag, combine chicken and marinade (excluding reserved portion) and toss to coat well. Chill for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium heat and oil the grates.

Place chicken on the grill using tongs or a fork. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Turn the chicken and brush half of the reserved marinade on the tops. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Turn the chicken again and brush the remaining marinade over the tops. Continue cooking for an additional 2-4 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs and wedges of lemon, lime, and/or orange. Enjoy!
