09 - 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
10 - 1 cup brown sugar
11 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
12 - 1/2 cup sour cream

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in melted butter until mixture is well coated. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes. Let cool.
02 - Mix brown sugar, flour, and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl. Stir in melted butter until a smooth paste forms. Set aside.
03 - Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and sour cream; mix until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and salt; mix until smooth and velvety.
04 - Pour half the batter over the cooled crust. Spoon half of the cinnamon swirl over the batter; gently swirl with a knife or spatula. Repeat layers with remaining batter and cinnamon swirl. Place pan in a water bath and bake at 325°F for 60-75 minutes, until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.
05 - Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
