02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
03 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1/2 cup buttermilk

→ Cinnamon Swirl

08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
09 - 1 tablespoon molasses

→ Coating

10 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
11 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
12 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
13 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a light-colored loaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together canola oil, butter, and sugar until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Stir in flour and buttermilk until a uniform batter forms, scraping down sides as needed.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of prepared batter with cinnamon and molasses until well combined.
04 - Pour half the plain batter into the loaf pan. Spoon half of the cinnamon mixture in small dollops on top. Add remaining plain batter, then remaining cinnamon mixture. Swirl with a butter knife.
05 - Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
06 - While the loaf bakes, place melted butter in a shallow dish. In a separate dish, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
07 - Cool loaf on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Loosen edges and remove from pan while still warm but manageable.
08 - Dip all sides of the loaf in melted butter. Spoon remaining butter over any dry areas. Press loaf into cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
