12 - 2 tsp chili powder
13 - 1 tsp onion powder
14 - 1 tbsp minced garlic

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Peel, wash, and cube the potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
02 - Place the seasoned potatoes in an air fryer and cook at 400°F for approximately 25 minutes, shaking the basket periodically for even crisping.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion; cook until beef is browned and onions are softened. Season with chili powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly.
04 - Add minced garlic, diced tomatoes with green chiles, and chili beans to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
05 - Add the crispy potatoes to the skillet mixture and stir gently to combine. Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
06 - Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 400°F and bake for a few minutes until the cheese has completely melted.
07 - Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions. Optionally, serve with sour cream and jalapeños.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - If an air fryer is unavailable, bake the potatoes on a sheet pan in an oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally for even crispness.
