# Steps to Cook:

01 - Cut chicken into approximately 1/2-inch thick strips. In a large bowl, combine chicken with ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
02 - Slice bell peppers and onions into thin strips. Organize all fillings to streamline assembly.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until lightly browned. Add bell peppers and onions, cooking an additional 8 to 10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender-crisp. Adjust seasoning to taste.
04 - Warm tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds or in a dry skillet. Lay each tortilla flat and layer with 1/4 cup cooked rice, 1/2 cup chicken and pepper mixture, black beans, corn, cheese, and green onions. Top with sour cream and ranch dressing if desired.
05 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up tightly to enclose fillings. Slice in half if serving immediately to reveal layers.
06 - For a crispy exterior, heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place burritos seam-side down. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping. Pair with tortilla chips and salsa or a simple side salad for balance.
