01 - 1 bag (approximately 900 g) frozen tater tots
02 - 900 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

03 - 200 g Mexican blend shredded cheese
04 - 120 ml whole milk
05 - 120 ml heavy whipping cream

→ Flavour Enhancers

06 - 1 packet ranch seasoning (approximately 28 g)
07 - 5 slices streaky bacon
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Prepare a 23x33 cm baking dish.
02 - Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
03 - Retain a small amount of bacon fat in the skillet. Sauté chicken pieces over medium-high heat until fully cooked and no longer pink, seasoning with salt and pepper.
04 - Arrange tater tots in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
05 - Distribute sautéed chicken evenly over the tater tots.
06 - In a bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
07 - Pour the ranch cream mixture evenly over the chicken and tater tots.
08 - Sprinkle shredded cheese in an even layer over the dish, then top with crumbled bacon.
09 - Bake uncovered for 30–45 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
