Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly coat a large baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces. Once fully browned and crumbled, drain excess fat. Return skillet to the heat, add taco seasoning without added water, stir to coat, and allow to cool briefly.

Unroll pizza dough and lay flat. Cut in half lengthwise, then make four vertical cuts to create ten rectangles.

Place approximately 15 g of taco meat in the center of each dough rectangle. Top with a halved cheese stick. Roll up the dough and firmly pinch all seams to seal.

Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl. Brush mixture over the tops of each breadstick.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with optional taco toppings as desired.
