11 - 1 tablespoon mustard

12 - 3 to 4 ounces cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cubed
13 - 1/4 cup ketchup
14 - 1 teaspoon mustard
15 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, and mustard until evenly incorporated.
03 - Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, flatten it in your palm, place a cheese cube in the center, and roll into a sealed ball. Arrange each ball into a muffin tin cup.
04 - Combine the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup with 1 teaspoon mustard and spoon a small amount of this glaze on top of each meatloaf bite.
