In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, and mustard until evenly incorporated.

Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, flatten it in your palm, place a cheese cube in the center, and roll into a sealed ball. Arrange each ball into a muffin tin cup.

Combine the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup with 1 teaspoon mustard and spoon a small amount of this glaze on top of each meatloaf bite.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the exterior is browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
