06 - 120 millilitres sour cream
07 - 60 millilitres Taco Bell chipotle sauce, or to taste

08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
10 - Diced tomatoes (optional)
11 - Chopped green onions (optional)
12 - Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat oven and bake tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crisp.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, gently crush tater tots and combine with cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
04 - Warm each flour tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.
05 - Spoon a generous portion of filling onto the center of each tortilla. Drizzle with chipotle sauce and add a dollop of sour cream.
06 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling. Place burritos seam-side down in a baking dish, sprinkle with additional cheese, and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Remove from oven. Garnish with diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and cilantro as desired. Serve hot with additional sour cream and chipotle sauce on the side.

# Extra Suggestions:
