01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Egg Filling

02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
04 - 2 tablespoons whole milk
05 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

06 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Meat

08 - 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage

09 - 1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the egg mixture, and cook gently until just set. Remove from heat.
03 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs onto each triangle, then top with shredded cheeses and cooked bacon or sausage.
