# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
02 - Stir in ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and freshly cracked black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
03 - Fold shredded cheddar cheese and finely chopped dill pickles into the cooled beef mixture until evenly incorporated.
04 - Place approximately 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly, folding edges as you go to form a sealed packet. Use flour paste to seal the edges securely.
05 - Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F. Fry spring rolls in batches for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, air fry at 390°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
06 - Serve the spring rolls immediately with dipping sauces such as a ketchup-mayo blend or sweet chili sauce for added flavor.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - To prevent wrappers from drying out, keep them covered with a damp cloth while assembling.
