# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef or 4 frozen beef patties
02 - 4 large burrito-size flour tortillas
03 - 8 slices American cheese
04 - 4 cups frozen crinkle cut fries
05 - 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

→ Seasoning & Cooking

07 - Salt and black pepper to taste
08 - 4 teaspoons yellow mustard
09 - 1 teaspoon hamburger seasoning

→ Animal Style Sauce

10 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
11 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
12 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
13 - 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
14 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
15 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
16 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well blended. Refrigerate while preparing the other components.
02 - Bake or air fry the frozen crinkle cut fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden. Keep warm in the oven.
03 - If using ground beef, divide into four equal portions and shape into patties slightly larger than the tortillas. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
04 - Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and chopped onions; sauté until softened. Add patties and smash with a spatula. Spread mustard on top of each and sprinkle with hamburger seasoning.
05 - Flip the patties once the bottom is browned and crusted. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove and chop into bite-sized pieces.
06 - Lay tortillas flat and spread a spoonful of sauce down the center. Layer fries, one slice of cheese, chopped burger, grilled onions, another slice of cheese, and more sauce.
07 - Fold sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on a hot griddle or skillet. Cook until golden and crisp on both sides.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Keep all components hot before assembly to ensure the cheese melts properly and the burritos stay warm inside.
02 - Avoid overfilling to prevent the burritos from tearing or becoming difficult to roll.
03 - Use freshly cooked fries for best texture and avoid leftovers to maintain crispiness.
