Burger Sliders with Fries (Printable Version)

Seasoned beef and melted cheese combine with crispy fries and tangy sauce in warm baked sliders.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Sliders

01 - 1.5 lbs ground beef
02 - 0.5 yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon burger seasoning
04 - 0.25 cup ketchup
05 - 1 lb shoestring French fries
06 - 8 slices cheese
07 - 12 savory butter slider rolls
08 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted

→ Burger Sauce

09 - 0.5 cup mayonnaise
10 - 0.25 cup ketchup
11 - 1 tablespoon mustard
12 - 1 teaspoon pickle juice
13 - 0.5 teaspoon dehydrated chopped onions
14 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook the shoestring French fries according to package directions until crispy.
02 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
03 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Season with burger seasoning. Cook until no pink remains, then drain excess grease. Stir in 0.25 cup ketchup and mix well.
04 - Cut the slider rolls horizontally and lay bottoms and tops separately on a baking sheet. On bottom halves, layer one slice of cheese, seasoned ground beef, desired amount of burger sauce, a second slice of cheese, then crispy French fries.
05 - Place the tops of the rolls over the fries and brush tops with melted butter for a golden finish.
06 - Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts completely and rolls turn golden brown. Let cool briefly before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use savory butter slider rolls rather than sweet varieties for optimal flavor balance.
02 - Burger sauce resembles classic Big Mac sauce and is excellent for dipping.
03 - Shoestring fries maintain crispness and fit well in sliders.
04 - Ideal for game day, parties, or feeding large groups.
