In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce until evenly combined.

Flatten portions of the chicken mixture in your palm. Place a bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center and carefully enclose it, forming a sealed ball.

Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan. Fry the balls for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Alternatively, bake on a greased tray at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes until crisp.

Toss the hot chicken balls in the remaining buffalo sauce. Garnish with extra bacon crumbles if desired and serve immediately.
