11 - 2 large eggs, beaten
12 - 0.75 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

13 - Vegetable or canola oil, for frying

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Cut mozzarella into bite-sized cubes. Wrap each cube with crumbled bacon and set aside.
02 - In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce until evenly combined.
03 - Flatten portions of the chicken mixture in your palm. Place a bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center and carefully enclose it, forming a sealed ball.
04 - Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
05 - Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan. Fry the balls for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Alternatively, bake on a greased tray at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes until crisp.
06 - Toss the hot chicken balls in the remaining buffalo sauce. Garnish with extra bacon crumbles if desired and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure chicken balls are well sealed to avoid leakage during frying. Adjust buffalo sauce quantity to your spice preference. Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 2 days and reheat before serving.
