01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
02 - 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced into wedges
03 - 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
04 - 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
05 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet and cut it into 8 to 10 triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circular formation on the baking sheet with pointed ends facing outward.
03 - Layer Brie cheese wedges and spoon cranberry sauce evenly along the inner ring of the arranged triangles.
04 - Fold the pointed tips of each triangle over the filling and tuck them under the inner edge to create a wreath shape.
05 - Brush the pastry surface with the beaten egg wash and sprinkle finely chopped rosemary evenly on top.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
