# Everything You’ll Need:

01 - 4 slices thick white bread
02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter

→ Meat

03 - 9 oz ground turkey sausage
04 - 6 slices turkey bacon

→ Dairy

05 - 6 slices American processed cheese
06 - 6 medium eggs

→ Seasonings and Garnish

07 - Salt and black pepper to taste
08 - Fresh chives, chopped
09 - Sriracha (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the ground turkey sausage, breaking it apart, until fully browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
02 - Lower the heat to low and melt butter in the same pan. Add beaten eggs and stir gently until scrambled and just set. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Spread butter on two slices of bread. Layer one slice with cheese, cooked turkey sausage, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, chopped chives, and another slice of cheese. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
04 - Place the assembled sandwich in the pan over medium heat. Grill until golden brown and crispy on both sides and the cheese has melted, flipping carefully.
