A savory one-pan meal with cheese tortellini, pepperoni, and rich marinara ready quickly.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 tsp salt
03 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
07 - 24 oz marinara sauce
08 - 12 oz frozen cheese tortellini
09 - 4 oz cream cheese

→ Toppings

10 - 1.75 oz mini pepperoni
11 - 1 2/3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - Additional mini pepperoni for topping

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until beef begins to brown.
02 - Incorporate approximately 1.75 oz of mini pepperoni into the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the pepperoni starts to crisp and release oil.
03 - Carefully drain the rendered fat from the skillet, leaving a thin layer to maintain flavor.
04 - Add minced garlic to the meat mixture. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Pour in marinara sauce and add cream cheese. Stir continuously over medium heat until the cream cheese is fully incorporated and the sauce is smooth.
06 - Add frozen tortellini directly to the pan. Mix well to coat the pasta in the sauce. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for approximately 5 minutes, or until tortellini are tender.
07 - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the tortellini. Distribute additional mini pepperoni over the cheese layer.
08 - Either transfer the pan to a preheated broiler for 2-3 minutes, or cover and leave on low heat until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a golden top, broil just until cheese is bubbling and lightly browned. Allow to stand 2 minutes before serving for optimal texture.
