Bacon Sausage Breakfast Sliders (Printable Version)

Savory bacon and sausage sliders with eggs and melty cheese in soft rolls—great for brunch or weekday prep.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 slices bacon, diced
02 - 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
03 - 12 Hawaiian rolls
04 - 8 large eggs
05 - 1/4 cup heavy cream or whole milk
06 - 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
07 - 6–8 slices American cheese or cheddar or provolone

→ Topping

08 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
09 - 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
10 - Everything bagel seasoning (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same pan, add sausage and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and salt until well combined. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet over medium heat, add egg mixture, and cook gently until just set, stirring with a spatula.
04 - Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally as one whole slab without separating the rolls. Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet. Layer scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese slices evenly. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
05 - Melt 2 tablespoons butter and mix in the maple syrup. Brush over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning if using. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted. Cover loosely with foil if browning too fast.
06 - Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
